Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator is a part-time position that supports the Executive Director through the administration of program logistics of the Girls on the Run program from start to finish each season. They will help run our 10 week running program, recruit new sites, interact with volunteer coaches, and help manage our end of the seasons 5ks. Remote position with some travel in Connecticut. Priority will be given to applications received by October 11, 2024.

Program Manager

As a key member of the organization’s leadership team, the Program Manager reports to and partners closely with our Executive Director and supervises our Program Coordinator. The Program Manager is a fulltime position that oversees all aspects of programs, including setting goals; recruitment and application process; coach training facilitation and support, & overall program management. Remote position with some travel in Connecticut. Applications received by October 11th, 2024 given priority.
